qad-applied-offer-null-link-bug

QAD records in fullcopy have Applied_Offer__c = null — the lookup to the source offer is never populated during quotation creation. This breaks any downstream logic that traverses QAD → Offer_Master to compute discount values or monetization flags. Both bugs (null Applied_Offer__c + Monetizable override) must be fixed together for discounts to correctly reduce AV.
