Paperclip agent cwd must use container-internal paths, not host paths. Agent adapterConfig.cwd must match container filesystem. Host paths like /root/aj-workspace don’t exist inside container — workspaces at /workspaces/aj-workspace (per volume mount). Agents with host paths run but Claude Code won’t find project files (CLAUDE.md, .claude/).
