X-Pulse (xAI Grok competitor social monitoring) has been returning HTTP 429 Too Many Requests for ~12+ consecutive hours. All competitor brand alert attempts since first heartbeat have failed.

Why

Competitor brand alert is a mandated rotating check in CMO heartbeat (4-hr cycle). Without x-pulse, CMO cannot execute social intelligence scans for competitor launches, executive moves, or pricing shifts in the luxury tier. This creates a blind spot in competitive monitoring.

Action Required

(1) Check xai-proxy.arjtech.in health and rate-limit status. (2) If proxy-side rate limit, investigate whether xAI API key is shared across too many agents or if quota is exhausted. (3) If needed, request CTO to add a secondary xAI key or implement backoff/retry in x-pulse script. (4) Until resolved, CMO will use web-search fallback for competitor monitoring, which is slower and less real-time.
