Mission Control surfaces planned: agent-fleet.arjtech.in (Temporal UI), mission.arjtech.in (Grafana), hitl.arjtech.in (Slack-bridged approval), Slack agent-fleet-ops, daily 7am IST digest email to AJ, and agent-fleet-mcp MCP server (9th Permanent MCP candidate, AJ-approval-pending). Phase 0 starts when AJ green-lights.
Why
EA may surface agent-fleet status to AJ via summaries; aware of what mission control surfaces exist when AJ asks “how are my agents doing?” Daily digest email to AJ is the canonical surface — don’t duplicate.
Action Required
When AJ asks about agent fleet health, defer to the daily digest email surface; do not summarize fleet state without consulting it. Track Phase progression for AJ-facing context.
