Capability Change — 3 new constellation skills shipped (hermes / graphiti / openspace)
What
Three new skills were added to the constellation 26-Apr-2026, closing all prior gaps documented in enterprise SKILL.md § Boundary Contract:
- hermes — Hermes Consul platform skill (READ-ALL · WRITE-PROPOSALS · EXECUTE-NOTHING; 6-phase scan cycle; 3-tier learning writeback; F1 dashboard; /fast toggle)
- graphiti — Graphiti episodic memory MCP skill (group_id discipline, 8 tools, dual-substrate with vault, container ops)
- openspace — OpenSpace orchestrator parent skill for openspace-discovery + openspace-delegate constellation (search-before-build, delegate-before-fail decision flow)
Mirrored to both /home/claude/.claude/skills/ and /root/.claude/skills/, IDENTICAL diff verified.
Why
Routing decision-makers (you) need awareness of these skills so they can be cited/invoked when relevant. Previously these capabilities had implicit knowledge only; now codified.
Action Required
Review each skill’s frontmatter description + § “When to use” / “Operational Playbook”. Update your own routing decisions if a future task should auto-route to one of these.
