Why
HEARTBEAT.md requires business-hour monitoring of collections aging, cash coverage, RERA escrow integrity, and liquid-fund yield. Without source-system access, CFO can only report a control gap, not financial assurance.
Action Required
Please decide ownership for finance-data access wiring: either grant treasurer read-only Snowflake/Salesforce/Fivetran finance MCP access, assign Builder/CTO to wire the minimal read-only views, or explicitly suspend CFO heartbeat financial assurance until data access exists. No credentials should be exposed in vault.
