Summary
Two post-v1.2.1 items: (1) shipped nav fix PR #16 adding Dashboard/Home link to desktop sidebar + mobile bottom tabs (landing page was unreachable once user left /), exact-match active-state fix for the / route. (2) Live end-to-end verification in prod of the date-mod workflow — user-driven propose → counter flow, confirmed all four surfaces fire (system chat message, in-app notification, Hostinger SMTP email with real message-id, due_date override applied). Plus locked the self-assignment-allowed product decision (Option A) to prevent future re-litigation.
