In parallel, executed zero-downtime Docker 29.2.1→29.4.0 upgrade via live-restore pre-enable (117/117 containers intact). Enterprise coherence audit caught + fixed 3 cascade drifts (enterprise skill F1 surface, architecture.md Hermes description, oracle cleanup cron not wired). destructive-ops-blocker hook regex false-positive on /tmp/*.env fixed with 12-test regression suite per Tier 1 fix-hooks-don’t-workaround directive.
