Infrastructure: Bun 1.3.12, /opt/infra/xint/ with versioned releases + persistent data symlink, MCP server (engagement policy). Fixed upstream missing spinner.ts, data dir persistence, PKCE token exchange. 3 spec review iterations (26 findings), plan review (15 findings), quality audit (5 findings) — all fixed.
