Shipped R-TaskFlow v1.2 (date-mod workflow + hard delete + reassign) and v1.2.1 (offsite backup wiring + Sentry wiring, both inert-by-default) to prod. 3 PRs merged (#13, #14, #15 docs). 204/204 tests green, 19/19 auth smoke green on prod SHA 4f4e9a7. Elevated ops-baseline to institutional feedback after user feedback that “backup + Sentry are best practices for all future apps”.
