Full System Activation — Loop-First Approach

Decision

Activated all intelligence infrastructure using Loop-First approach: Phase 1 (hooks + deferred queue + session-close enhancements) as spine, then Phases 2-4 (Graphiti seeding, OmniGraph activation, infra cleanup) in parallel, Phase 5 (inter-agent wiring) last.

Rationale

Audit revealed severe underutilization: Graphiti empty, OmniGraph near-empty, no session-close intelligence capture, no automated vault consultation. Loop-First chosen because establishing the compounding loop (read → act → record → share) is the highest-leverage intervention — all other capabilities compound faster once the loop is running.

Alternatives Rejected

Big-bang activation: Activate everything at once. Rejected — too many failure modes, hard to debug.\nQuick-wins-first: Fix easiest items first. Rejected — doesn’t establish the compounding loop early, gains don’t compound.

Outcome

Succeeded. All 5 phases delivered: (1) compounding loop active — vault-intelligence-check hook, session-close with decision tracking + experience capture + deferred queue, OmniGraph auto-upload hook, deferred queue processor cron. (2) Graphiti seeded with 39 wiki pages (vault-wiki group). (3) OmniGraph seeded with 48 workspace documents. (4) 6 operational crons registered and running. (5) Inter-agent wiring complete — cross-group Graphiti querying enabled. Archivist agent removed (replaced by zero-cost cron after autocompact thrashing failure). Net: compounding intelligence loop operational at zero recurring API cost.
