Added core §29 autonomous client-onboarding procedure + overlay §A12 inheritance discipline + §A13 Runwal worked example + §A14 wisdom layer (9 empirical claims). Rationale

AJ surfaced deeper insight: arjtech overlay isn’t just “AJ’s URLs” — it’s accumulated proven experience that other deployments should INHERIT not just IGNORE. Refactor v1.3.0 missed this. v1.4.0 fixes by: (a) declaring overlay’s dual role explicitly (binding + canonical exemplar), (b) adding §A12 inheritance table that lists 7 inheritance classes (cost-ceiling shape, schedule cadence, vault discipline, arsenal sequencing, MCP framing, composition pattern, phase definitions) and what does NOT inherit, (c) adding §A14 wisdom layer with 9 AJ-tested empirical claims as defaults, (d) adding §A13 Runwal worked example for routing precedent (default = tenant model under AJ), (e) adding core §29 6-step autonomous onboarding procedure with explicit setup-questions batch + Step 4 validation gate + Step 6 tenant→deployment migration path, (f) adding §0 tenant-vs-deployment decision tree with 5 trigger criteria. Premortem found 5 failure modes; all have mitigations baked into design. Anchoring/framing biases from refactor still apply — v1.5 should add per-row last-validated dates to §A14 wisdom claims to mitigate aging-claims risk. ST chain executed: synthesis thought (#4, conf 0.85) + premortem + evaluation thought (#6, conf 0.82). Reversible via git revert of 5 files; overlay version 1.0.0 → 1.1.0; core 1.3.0 → 1.4.0.
