Decision
Three domain-knowledge skills (data-story-expert from anthropic-skills plugin; data-scientist from AJ’s Drive; real-estate-expert orphaned-then-classified) installed as local T3 Capability Components in /root/.claude/skills/ with bidirectional Skill Mesh registry entries. All three carry helix.default_for trigger phrase blocks so the autoloader fires them autonomously on relevant prompts.
Rationale
data-story-expert is the mandatory co-skill for every R-Dash dashboard build (Pyramid Principle headline + So-What subtitle + Insight Hierarchy). data-scientist completes the analysis→presentation pipeline. real-estate-expert is the domain SME for Runwal-context work (RERA, sales lifecycle, project delivery, 6 functional domains). Bidirectional parents [r-dash, frontend-intelligence, data-scientist, data-story-expert, runwal-orchestrator, helios, autoresearch]. Skill mesh audit returns 0 ERROR after registration. Autoloader fires correctly on test prompts (“build a dashboard” → data-story-expert helix_hits=2; “analyze this data” → data-scientist helix_hits=2). Existing local data-architect retained; Drive version was the same content with Google Docs export artifacts.
Alternatives Rejected
Alternative 1: Keep using anthropic-skills:data-story-expert plugin-namespaced — rejected because autoloader registry only scans local /root/.claude/skills/ and plugin namespace lives elsewhere; would have left storytelling skill perpetually un-surfaced by Layer 2 hook. Alternative 2: Use the Drive data-architect over the local — rejected because local version has cleaner markdown (no GDoc export backslash-escape artifacts) and is already wired via architecture-orchestrator. Alternative 3: Delete browser-use instead of scope-narrowing — rejected because <1% legitimate use case (truly novel agentic exploration) still exists; narrowing description with 24-platform exclusion list achieves the autoloader-suppression goal without removing the option.
