Rationale

OpenClaw has 3+ weeks of production proving these patterns. Adopting immediately prevents rediscovery cost. SOUL.md eliminates duplication, rotating heartbeat reduces per-tick cost ~7x, context chains prevent handoff context loss, memory verification prevents cascading errors from stale data.

Alt 1: Gradual organic discovery — rejected (wastes time). Alt 2: Full OpenClaw port including multi-model pricing — rejected (Claude doesnt support model-per-agent pricing yet).
