Rationale
CE plugin offers 70-75% overlap with existing constellation (Superpowers + pr-review-toolkit + engineering + Helix + autoresearch + Vault/Graphiti compounding). Stack mismatch on 28 specialist reviewers (Rails/Stimulus/Swift-iOS dominant; we’re TypeScript/Python/Snowflake/Salesforce). Plugin’s orchestration layer (/ce-plan → /ce-work → /ce-compound) would compete with Helix master-orchestrator (Plugin Primitive Cohesion violation, P6). /ce-compound would regress our 5-agent Vault+Graphiti compounding loop. Genuine gap: multi-lens parallel doc review. Solution: built ~/.claude/skills/doc-review/SKILL.md (183 lines) composing existing critic + architect agents + 4 inline-promoted lens prompts (coherence, product, scope-guardian, security-at-plan-level) dispatched in parallel.
