Analyst Skill v7.0: Trading Signal Engine Integration

Integrated Trend Trader Pro methodology into the Precision Analyst skill as a new Trading Signal Engine (Phase 19). Added 6-filter signal gate (EMA Cross, ADX Gate, Choppiness, MACD, RVOL, HTF Bias), ATR-adaptive 6-tier TP ladder, 3 scale-out profiles (Income/Balanced/Home Run), breakeven lock + ratcheting trail, daily risk circuit breaker, and market-wide Stock Scanner mode. SKILL.md de-duplicated from 280→187 lines using cross-references to authoritative reference files.
Rationale
User wanted trading methodologies from a Pine Script indicator embedded into the analyst skill so every stock analysis automatically produces a complete trade plan with entry timing, exact SL/TP levels, scale-out strategy, and active trade management rules. Single-target analysis was insufficient for maximizing trading gains.
Alternatives Rejected
- Keep indicator separate (rejected: user explicitly asked for integration). 2. Build a separate trading skill (rejected: duplicates analyst’s fundamental/technical pipeline). 3. Add as a Pine Script-only tool (rejected: doesn’t help analyst skill users).
