orphaned-scripts-with-broken-tool-calls-accumulate-silently
memory-drift-check.sh was created during a prior session plan, was never scheduled as a cron, and contained a vault_log call that failed with permission errors. It sat undetected because no sweep checked for unscheduled scripts with stale tool references. The Pristine Sweep should include a check for scripts in crons/ directory that are not registered in crontab.
