The deferred queue file at /home/claude/.claude/deferred-queue.jsonl and /root/.claude/deferred-queue.jsonl are the same inode via the user-mapping layer — writing to either path modifies the same file. Session-close skills (running as claude-user) and cron scripts (running as root) both operate on the same queue without explicit sync.
