xint-requires-bun-runtime-not-node

xint is a TypeScript project that requires the Bun runtime (not Node.js) — Bun was not installed on the VPS at time of evaluation. X-Pulse runs on Python, so both runtimes must coexist. The installation pattern follows the VPS infra convention: /opt/infra/xint/ with versioned releases subdirectory and current/ symlink, global launcher at /usr/local/bin/xint. This is a hard dependency that must be provisioned before any xint command can execute.
