xint-geo-proxy-via-xai-base-url-override

For xAI commands requiring geo-bypass (same need as X-Pulse’s proxy routing), set the XAI_BASE_URL environment variable in /opt/infra/xint/.env to redirect xAI API calls through the proxy. This is the correct override mechanism — xint does not have a native proxy flag like X-Pulse’s dedicated geo-proxy module.
