When integrating any research capability system into the Oracle, use three workstreams: (1) Deploy as MCP server with structured tools for full pipeline orchestration by ORACLE Hermes, (2) Extract highest-value standalone capabilities as independent utilities usable by any agent, (3) Wire bidirectional intelligence flow — prior Oracle knowledge injected at pipeline start (Vault search + Graphiti query), new findings written out post-run (Vault submit_knowledge + Graphiti add_memory + Observatory lifecycle events). All three workstreams are required for true ‘one intelligence’ integration.
