Parallel subagent grep/analysis tasks write scratch files to /tmp (e.g., actual-skills.txt, helix_skills.txt, helix_desc.txt, all_desc.txt). These are not auto-cleaned by the harness. Found 4 such files during session-close temp residue check. Must explicitly include subagent-generated scratch files in temp-residue verification — checking /tmp/ -mmin -60 catches them.
