The Stop hook condition blocks session termination when the brainstorming skill is mid-workflow (step 4 of 9 in design presentation), creating an infinite loop of hook rejections and terse agent holding messages. Pure planning sessions normally satisfy APPROVE criteria but the structural incompleteness override fires repeatedly with no user present. When a brainstorming session reaches section-validation and the user steps away, the session will spin indefinitely — consider adding a timeout/idle threshold to the Stop hook for pure planning sessions.
