The STATE.md file at /opt/infra/r-same/STATE.md is the living hand-off document for R-Same. Every new session must git pull then read STATE.md first to determine current phase, next action, and any DRIFT/BLOCKER entries before doing any work. This file must be updated and committed at the end of every session — it is the only mechanism that allows a context-free Claude instance to resume the project coherently.
