SkillUI (github.com/amaancoderx/npxskillui) can reverse-engineer any live website into a Claude Code skill using CSS AST parsing and a 9-phase Playwright ultra mode. Running npx skillui against a competitor or reference site produces a structured design DNA skill. This is a wholly new capability absent from the current ecosystem. It should be wrapped as a design-extractor skill and wired as a preprocessing step in frontend-intelligence for on-demand extraction.
