When integrating AutoResearchClaw, four capabilities were extracted as standalone MCP tools usable outside the full paper pipeline: citation verification (4-layer: arXiv ID → DOI/CrossRef → Semantic Scholar title match → LLM relevance), claim verification, academic literature search (OpenAlex + Semantic Scholar + arXiv), and AST-validated experiment execution. These tools are available to ORACLE Hermes for enriching regular intelligence reports, not just academic papers. This extraction pattern is the key integration value — don’t just deploy the full pipeline, expose the utilities independently.
