researchclaw MCP server is scoped to the Oracle Research Platform and has no functional use in aj-workspace (developer/infra). It was registered as a permanent global MCP server in error. It runs as an always-on container consuming ~86MB RAM and loads ~800 tool schemas when activated. It should be demoted to project-scoped (claude mcp add -s project) inside Oracle platform sessions only.
