research-agent-github-exploration-leaves-tmp-residue
Dispatching research agents to explore GitHub repositories leaves temp files in /tmp/ with patterns like /tmp/redash_, /tmp/viz_, /tmp/chart_, /tmp/qr_, /tmp/regviz*, /tmp/dest_*, /tmp/pkg.json, /tmp/pyproject.toml. These are not auto-cleaned and accumulate silently. Universal Completion Gate must include explicit /tmp/ residue check after any research agent dispatch, not just file-write sessions.
