r-same-expert-delegation-principle-tactical-self-approve
The principal established that all tactical decisions (stack choices, library versions, architecture patterns, design tokens) are self-approved by the agent as principal architect — no user confirmation needed. Only strategic, irreversible, or budget-impact decisions must surface explicitly for approval. This principle is persisted in feedback_expert_recommendations.md and applies to all future R-Same sessions.
