QuoteTriggerHandler exists as a 1,032-line Apex class in fullcopy but the broker AV recalc invocation is commented out in the trgQuote trigger. The class is not currently executed on any DML event. Any new Quotation trigger work should treat this handler as dormant and verify intent before re-enabling.
