A Pristine Sweep that only checks content files has a self-blindness gap — if any of the enforcement artifacts (guard hook, marker hook, cron script, hookify files, settings.json registrations) get deleted or misconfigured, nothing notices. Add an enforcement integrity check that verifies all 6 chassis artifacts exist and hooks are registered in settings.json with valid JSON before sweeping content.
