postgres-creds-mismatch-causes-integration-test-skip-not-fail
On the VPS, r-dash Postgres is listening but has a credentials mismatch in the test env. This causes 54 integration tests to auto-error/skip rather than fail with a clear assertion error. This is pre-existing and not a regression indicator — DB-free test count (169) is the reliable signal for wave completion.
