MEMORY.md listed 5 permanent MCP servers but the live .claude.json had 8 (missing notebooklm-mcp, openspace-mcp, graphiti-mcp from the documented list). Architecture docs about permanent server counts must be verified against actual .claude.json root-level entries, not trusted from documentation. docker ps and jq queries on .claude.json are the authoritative source, never MEMORY.md counts alone.
