master-orchestrator-infra-orchestrator-stale-typo

master-orchestrator/SKILL.md phase status table referenced infra-orchestrator instead of the correct platform-orchestrator skill name. This was a stale typo from a prior rename. Fixed to platform-orchestrator. Any skill that maintains a layer registry or routing table must be verified against actual disk skill names — structural drift happens silently when skills are renamed.
