Activation model is engagement-driven—AJ asks for SEO guidance, the helios orchestrator skill asks which engagement type, then identifies the minimum subscription set (with INR cost) needed, and handhold step-by-step. Free-tier crons (drift baseline + GSC weekly pull) are enabled at install. Feature-flagged Helix L6/L7 hooks are wired but off.
