excalidraw-is-mcp-server-not-infra-service
Excalidraw was incorrectly listed in architecture.md’s Infrastructure Services section as an infra service. It is an MCP server at /opt/mcp-servers/excalidraw-mcp/, not at /opt/infra/. This caused inflated infra counts and wrong path references. When auditing infra vs MCP counts, excalidraw belongs to the 60 MCP servers, not the 10 infra services.
