dead-prose-pointers-accumulate-via-progressive-disclosure
189 dead prose pointers were found across 65 Helix skills — consisting of Future: aspirational lines and bullet references like - `docs/X.md` — description pointing to non-existent files. These accumulate when progressive disclosure is planned but not executed. Law 10 (dormant = removed) mandates stripping rather than leaving aspirational stubs; fusion-invariants-lint was extended to detect and block new prose-pointer deadness.
