Business requirement mandates dual sign-off for retention failure — both CRM and SM must independently mark retention as failed before cancellation proceeds. As of 07-Apr-2026, the fullcopy code has no enforcement of this dual gate; any single user can advance the status. This is a known gap requiring implementation before go-live.
