Each tool call return injects the full skill-registry (~170 skills) as a system reminder, costing approximately 20k context tokens. In long sessions with many tool calls, this exhausts context windows far earlier than expected. This is a structural constraint of the Claude Code harness, not a content issue — plan session scope accordingly.
