r-dash-main-branch-push-policy-blocked

Direct push to main on ARJ999/r-dash is blocked by branch protection policy. All Wave deliveries must go via feature branch + PR (pattern: wave-N-<slug>). Commit accumulates locally, then git push -u origin <branch> + gh pr create --base main + merge. PR #1 established this flow for Wave 3.
