Agent dispatched with isolation: "worktree" writes to a temporary git worktree — changes return as a diff, not applied to the live tree. The orchestrator must manually re-apply the diff. For production execution work, never pass isolation: "worktree" to subagents; reserve worktree mode only for genuine experimentation where a clean baseline is needed.
