ECS Fargate is fundamentally incompatible with the Claude Code operations model because it eliminates SSH access and direct container exec capabilities. Claude Code’s operational superpower on Hostinger is direct root SSH access enabling live debugging, cron management, and container introspection. Choosing Fargate for ‘zero maintenance’ would force a weaker, API-only management model and prevent the autonomous operations that make Claude Code effective as an ops team.
